📄 A patient with severe respiratory failure caused by novel human coronavirus

We report a case of a 45-year-old patient who developed severe acute respiratory distress syndrome accompanied by renal failure. An infection with a novel human coronavirus was confirmed and found to be the reason for rapidly progressive respiratory failure of our patient. © Springer-Verlag 2013.
